Meet The Challenge
Senior Emergency Management

03/01/2012

Greg Johnson – Senior EMM Coordinator

If respect, admiration and generally the person that others look towards when the going gets tough are attributes we all admire, then take the first step in achieving those traits by becoming part of the Senior Program. Yes, it is challenging and demanding, but well worth the effort for you and your patrol. The “Senior” emblazoned on the patrol patch is an earned privilege and does command respect. Join the ranks of those who have earned that respect and become a Senior Patroller.

The course is designed to be educational and to provide you with skills that will be immediately useful. Training is ongoing and will be in large part conducted at your own area with the help of our extensive regional senior program staff. Help is as close as your own patrol or a telephone. Arrangements can be made for additional training as indicated.

The process begins with the Senior application.

  •  The application must be completed in full.
  •  Most importantly signed by your patrol director to indicate your readiness for the program.
  •  First year patrollers are not eligible.
  •  Select one clinic and one evaluation date you wish to attend from our calendar page.
  •  Enclosed the proper fee and send it in!
  •  Committing to the program early will allow ample time to prepare and ultimately be successful..

The season schedule of events can be viewed on this Calendar
