| State of PA Ski Patrol EMS Coordination Flow Chart Chart The primary function of the EMS Coordinator is to assist the patrollers in his section with the EMS Certification process and maintenance of the patrollers Con-Ed Credits. These Coordinators report to the Regional EMS Coordinator who reports to the PA State Ski Patrol Coordinator. The PA State Ski Patrol Coordinator will be the direct communication link between the EPA Region Ski Patrol and PA DOH in matters of certification, Con-Ed Credits, and the maintenance of the EMS data base. The Regional Coordinator reports directly to the Regional Director. The PA State Ski Patrol Coordinator and the PA State EMS Liaison, in combined efforts, will communicate with the State of PA DOH in matters of Ski Patrol certification, Con-Ed, and matters of EMS programs pertaining to the Ski Patrol. The EMS Liaison will provide a working relationship between the Ski Patrol of PA and the State of PA DOH. The EMS Liaison reports directly to the Regional Director.
